Salva Agents was founded on a simple belief: the best executive assistants aren't born — they're built. With the right training, the right tools, and real AI certification, a talented professional becomes an elite EA.

Built across two timezones — on purpose

Salva Agents began as Ely's idea. Working in the Philippines' professional-services world, she saw both sides of the gap: world-class, English-fluent talent on one side, and business leaders drowning in operational work on the other — with traditional staffing agencies serving neither particularly well.

Today the founding division of labor is the company in miniature: Ely builds the training content, certifies every agent, and manages them day to day from the Philippines — while Yannis builds and maintains the platform from Switzerland and runs billing and payments. Talent and standards on one side, infrastructure and reliability on the other. In one sentence: Swiss-run operations, Manila's best talent.

Our training program

The Salva Academy

Every agent graduates from our in-house program before placement. This isn't a two-hour orientation — it's a graded curriculum covering everything a modern executive assistant needs.

The Academy runs on Heartbeat: agents work through the modules, complete exercises, defend their work, and are graded at the end of each module. On completion they earn their Salva AI Certification — scores recorded, standards met, before day one with a client.

Heartbeat is also where our agents and the Salva team stay connected as a community — small today, growing deliberately.
