Our first 3 founding partners pay USD 2,800, EUR 2,400, CHF 2,300 or GBP 2,100 and keep that rate for the life of the engagement — 3 of those spots are still open. No VAT is added; EU businesses are invoiced under reverse charge. Part-time arrangements may follow later — right now we focus on doing full-time exceptionally well.

Every pairing has a named Salva Agents supervisor. They can read your desk — tasks, chat, files, reports, hours — to assure quality and coach your agent, and they answer your support thread. They cannot write in your chat, change your settings, or see your billing.
We start the replacement process the same day. Because every agent is certified before placement, replacements are fast — but we match on fit, not on the clock. Your desk — tasks, files, chat history, reports and your Company Brain — stays exactly where it was, so the new agent opens your playbook on day one instead of starting over.
No. Connect Telegram or WhatsApp and message your agent — or send a voice note — from your phone. Everything lands in the same shared thread, replies reach every app you connected, and AI can turn your requests into task drafts your agent confirms.
Yes. One organisation can have as many logins as you need, and everyone sees the same tasks, files, calendar and chat with your agent.
Your organisation's knowledge on the desk: the notes your agent writes as they work, notes you add yourself, and additions AI proposes from your chat, calls and website — none of which is saved until you or your agent has reviewed it. A curator keeps a short summary and the key facts current and flags notes that look stale. You can read, edit, verify and archive every shared note and ask the Brain questions. It belongs to you: we export it to you on request, including when an engagement ends, and delete your workspace 90 days after the end unless you ask us to do it sooner.
Never by default. A host starts a recording visibly, and a transcript with an AI recap is produced only after you switch transcription on in your settings. You can turn it off again at any time.
Your desk runs on infrastructure hosted in Switzerland (Zurich), operated by a Swiss company under Swiss contracts. Your agent sees only your desk, and staff access is restricted by role. Video calls and AI features run on EU-based partners; payments go through Stripe; WhatsApp is relayed by Twilio and Meta only if you connect it. We never sell your data or use it for advertising, and on request your login, desk and files are deleted in one operation. When an engagement ends we export your Company Brain and workspace to you on request and delete the workspace after 90 days. Details are in our privacy policy.
