How quickly can I get an EA?
After your discovery call, our average match time is 48 hours. We'll present you with a candidate profile, and once you confirm the fit, onboarding begins immediately with our structured first-week playbook.
How is a Salva Agent different from hiring a freelance VA?
A freelance VA comes with whatever skills they happen to have. A Salva Agent comes with structured training, AI certification, ongoing coaching, and our team's support behind them. What if it's not a good fit?
We stand behind our matching process. If you're not satisfied with your EA, contact us and we'll work with you to address the issue , up to and including finding you a new match at no additional charge.
What tools does my EA use?
Our agents are trained on Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Notion, Asana, Slack, Zoom, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Zapier, Make, and many other common business tools. We'll tailor your EA's setup to match whatever stack you use.
Do I need prior EA experience to apply?
Not necessarily. We have entry-level positions for talented, organized, and motivated people who are new to the EA field. We also have fast-track paths for experienced EAs who want to earn their AI Certification quickly.
Is the AI Certification training free?
Yes. We invest in your training at no cost to you. In exchange, we ask for your commitment to completing the program and representing Salva Agents with professionalism.
How long does the Salva Academy training take?
The core certification program takes approximately 3–4 weeks depending on your pace and prior experience. Training is conducted remotely and is designed to fit around your schedule.
Are all positions remote?
Yes. All Salva Agents work fully remotely. You'll need a reliable internet connection, a computer, and a professional, quiet workspace.
What support do I receive after placement?
You'll have ongoing access to your Salva coach, the Salva Agents community, continued training updates, and our support team. You're never alone , we're invested in your long-term success.
